83rd Street Bicycle Ban Up for Review

The DeSoto, KS, City Council will re-visit lifting the 83rd Street bicycle ban Thursday, Sept. 15th, 7:00 PM, DeSoto City Hall. Last time this was on the agenda it was defeated by just one vote. The fact that it has come up on the agenda once again after just a few months indicates there is momentum to finally resolve this issue.
